* 1960 - Winner of “Miss Rome” competition & runner-up in the “Miss Universe” contest. * 1961 - Daniela appeared as Francesca Paolini in a three part episode of the popular Richard Chamberlain TV Series “Dr. Kildare”. The three episodes were titled “Rome Will Never Leave You” Parts 1, 2 & 3. 1965 - Daniela received a “Golden Laurel” nomination for “New Female Face”. She ranked in 5th position. * 1967 - Daniela starred with Sean Connery’s younger brother, Neil Connery, in the Italian James Bond spy spoof “Operation Double 007”. The film is also known under a number of other titles including, “OK Connery”, “Operation Kid Brother” & “Secret Agent 00”. * 1968 - Daniela starred opposite Tab Hunter in the spy thriller “The Last Chance”. This was to be Daniela’s last on-screen appearance and also Tab Hunter’s first and only starring role in a spy film. |
