Molly Ringwald:
Cute redhead who made the front cover of “Time” magazine & became the number 1 teen queen of the 1980’s after starring in hit teen films such as, “Sixteen Candles” (84), “Pretty In Pink” (86), “The Pick-Up Artist” (87),  “For Keeps”   (88) & the brat pack classic “The Breakfast Club” (85).

Judd Nelson:
Judd’s big acting break came with a starring role in the teen comedy “Making The Grade” (1984) but it wasn’t until he played juvenile delinquent John Bender in the high school classic “The Breakfast Club” (85) that he found his signature role & became an original Brat Pack member.

Ally Sheedy:
After a handful of TV roles this Brat Packer made her film debut opposite Sean Penn in the teen prison drama “Bad Boys” (1983). Other notable 1980’s flicks include, “War Games” (83), “Oxford Blues” (84), “The Breakfast Club” (85), “St. Elmo’s Fire” (85), “Short Circuit” & “Blue City” (86).

Andrew McCarthy:
After making an impact as the naive teenager who falls for Jacqueline Bisset in “Class”, Andrew starred in a string of popular 1980’s films, most notably, “St. Elmo’s Fire” (85), “Pretty In Pink” (86), “Mannequin”
(87), “Less Than Zero” (87), “Kansas” (88) & “Weekend At Bernie’s” (1989).

Tom Cruise:
After a string of roles in teen films such as “Losin’ It”, “The Outsiders”, “Risky Business” & “All The Right Moves”, Tom’s film career moved into high gear with the box office hits “Top Gun”, “Rain Man”, “The Color Of Money”,“Cocktail”, “The Firm”, “Jerry Maguire” & “Mission Impossible”.

Daphne Zuniga:
After small roles in teen slasher flicks such as “The Dorm That Dripped Blood”
(81) & “The Initiation” (84), Daphne’s career picked up with a bigger role in “Crazy For You” (85) followed by starring roles in “The Sure Thing” (85), opposite John Cusack & “Modern Girls”  (86) with Virginia Madsen.

Matthew Broderick:
After making an impression in the high-tech computer thriller “War Games” (83), & the fantasy adventure flick “Ladyhawke” (1985), Matthew landed his dream role when he was cast as the happy go-lucky school truant in the John Hughes teen comedy classic “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” (1986).

Jennifer Grey:
Daughter of Broadway actor/dancer Joel Grey who made a number of small appearances in teen films such as “Reckless” (1984), “Red Dawn” (1984) & “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” (1986) before landing her signature role as Baby in the popular dance classic “Dirty Dancing” (1987).   

C. Thomas Howell
After making a brief film debut in Speilberg’s sci-fi epic “ET” (82), Chris got his big break when he was given a major role in the Francis Ford Coppola teen classic “The Outsiders”  (1983), Other notable fims include, “Secret Admirer”  (1985),“The Hitcher” (86) & “Soul Man” (1986).

Mary Stuart Masterson:
After making her film debut as a child in “The Stepford Wives” (1975), it took Mary another 10 years before her acting career kicked off in films such as, “Heaven Help Us” (85), “At Close Range” (86), “Some Kind Of Wonderful” (1987), “Fried Green Tomatoes”
(1991) & “Bad Girls”(1994)

Charlie Sheen:
Son of Martin Sheen & younger brother of Emilio Estevez who made his film debut in the teen war flick “Red Dawn” (1984). More teen roles followed in “The Boys Next Door” (86), “The Wraith” & “Lucas” (86). He hit the big-time, however, with roles in “Platoon” (86) & “Wall Street” (1987).

Emilio Estevez:
This actor, director & writer is the son Martin Sheen & brother of Charlie. He first gained attention in the JD flicks “Tex” (1982) & “The Outsiders” (1983) before earning the title of “Brat Pack Leader” after starring in the teen classics, “The Breakfast  Club” (1985) & “St. Elmo’s Fire” (1985).

Demi Moore:
Attractive brunette who first gained attention with her appearances in a string of 1980’s teen films, most notably, “No Small Affair”, “About Last Night”, “One Crazy Summer” & the Brat Pack classic “St. Elmo’s Fire”. By the 1990’s Demi became one of Hollywood’s highest paid actresses.

Rob Lowe:
Brat Pack member who became one of the most popular actors of the 80’s after roles in teen films such as “The Outsiders”  (83), “Class” (83), “Oxford Blues” (1984), “St. Elmo’s Fire” (1985), “Youngblood”
(1986) “About Last Night”
(1986), “Square Dance (87) & “Masquerade” (1988).

Mare Winningham:
After nearly a decade of TV appearances, Mare won a role in the definitive Brat Pack movie “St. Elmo’s Fire” (1985). Other notable films include, “Made In Heaven” (1987), “Miracle Mile” (1988), “Turner & Hooch” (1989) & “Georgia”  (95) for which she received an Oscar nomination.

Patrick Swayze:
Texas born dancer Swayze appeared in a Broadway production of  “Grease” before making his film debut in “Skatetown USA”. He later achieved superstar status when he starred as resort dancer, John Castle, opposite Jennifer Grey in the hugely popular dance flick “Dirty Dancing” (1987)

Anthony Michael Hall:
After a number of small film & TV roles (“Six Pack” & “The Gold Bug”)Anthony won the part of Rusty Griswold, Chevy Chase’s son in “National Lampoon’s Vacation” (83). The John Hughes teen movie trilogy, “16 Candles” (1984), “The Breakfast Club” & “Weird Science” (1985) followed.

Jami Gertz:
With only a minor part in the Brooke Shields film “Endless Love” (81) to her credit, Jami won the sought after role of Muffy in the TV Series “Square Pegs” (82). More teen movie roles followed in “16 Candles”       (84), “Mischief” (85), “The Lost Boys”, Less Than Zero (87) & “Listen To Me” (89). 

Matt Dillon:
Began his career in the late 1970’s & early 80’s playing tough rebellious teens in hip JD films such as “Over The Edge” (1979), “Little Darlings” (1980), “My Bodyguard” (1980), “Liar’s Moon” (1981), “Tex” (1982) “Rumble Fish” (1983) & the ensemble Brat Pack classic “The Outsiders” (1983).

Lea Thompson:
After a supporting role in Jaws 3-D (1983), Lea appeared in a string of teen movies such as “All The Right Moves” (1983), “Red Dawn” (1984) & “The Wild Life” (84) before her career moved up a gear when she won the role of Lorraine McFly in the “Back To The Future” Trilogy (1985-90).

Ralph Macchio:
This 1980’s Teen heartthrob with boyish goods looks, gained international fame after starring in the hugely successful teen action flick “The Karate Kid” (1984). Other notable films include, “Teachers” (84),”My Cousin Vinny” (92),“Crossroads” (86), “The Outsiders”  (83), & “Up The Academy” (80).

Jon Cryer:
Jon’s film debut opposite Demi Moore in “No Small Affair” (84) paved the way for a string of roles in teen movies such as “Pretty In Pink” (1986), “Dudes” (87), “Morgan Stewart’s Coming Home” (87) & “Hiding Out”
(87). In 2003 Jon made a career comeback in the TV sitcom “2 And A Half Men”.
